Things worth asking before you sign up.
One seat per active provider on the schedule. Front-desk and admin users do not count. If a provider leaves and you mark them inactive, the seat charge drops the next billing cycle automatically — Stripe prorates.
Your studio keeps running uninterrupted if you add a card. If you don't, the admin gets locked out until billing is set up — but your client data, bookings, and history stay intact. We don't delete tenant data on trial expiry.
Not yet. We are deliberately holding off until we are confident the monthly price holds steady — locking customers into a year on a price we might need to revisit feels worse than not offering the discount. We will surface it when we do.
Nothing from us. Square charges its standard processing fee on cards (we pass that through with $0 markup). You keep what your clients pay, minus Square's fee.

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe-hosted customer portal in the admin. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period; we don't prorate refunds for partial months, and we don't hold your data hostage.
No. The trial gives you 30 days of the full product with no card. We don't run a permanent free tier — keeping the lights on with $0 customers is how booking platforms end up needing commission revenue, and that is exactly what we are trying not to be.
